Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and the destination address. 

  • Customers may choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx at checkout

  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order receipt and payment processing

  • Main Track Multimedia cannot guarantee shipping times once an order has been forwarded to USPS, UPS, or FedEx for shipment. Tracking numbers are provided to customers during the checkout process.

  • All orders are carefully packed for shipment.  However, we cannot guarantee quality control or customer service of orders in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges 

  • Product Refunds: Main Track Multimedia does not issue refunds for opened or used books and DVDs, or for accidentally placed orders that have been fulfilled and shipped.  However, we will gladly issue exchanges for items that are physically defective.  Contact us at info@themaintrack.com to inquire if your situation qualifies for a refund or exchange.

  • Lost, Stolen, Damaged Shipments: All items are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment.  We cannot guarantee quality control or customer service once an order is in the hands of the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  If you believe your item was lost or damaged by the delivery service, or if it was stolen after drop-off at your address, please contact us at info@themaintrack.com.

  • Address Changes: Customers placing preorders should provide address changes before the order is fulfilled.  You can provide an updated address at info@themaintrack.com.
